The role
As a Dual Trade Fitter / Electrician with Centrals, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our onsite teams in performing planned, preventative & breakdown maintenance across our extensive fleet of Road Trains and Trailers, along with maintaining other vehicles, across our projects.
To be successful in this role you’ll have the following;
- 3 years’ experience in servicing, repairing and maintaining Road Trains and Trailers, along with various other equipment.
- Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic or Cert III Engineering – Mechanical plus Cert III Automotive Electrical Technology
- Excellent diagnostic, fault finding, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
- Forklift ticket and air-conditioning ticket (highly desirable)
- Enthusiastic attitude & high performing work ethic with a strong commitment to safety
- Interstate candidates encouraged to apply; flights paid from your nearest city only.
- Full Australian working rights required.
