We supply and install a wide range of Reverse Cycle, Ducted Gas, Evaporative Coolers and Split Air Conditioners across the ACT and all surrounding areas and are on the hunt for a suitable team leader for out duct installing team.
Our teams work closely together to complete heating and cooling installations in residential homes, you will be required to think outside the box with attention to detail.
The perfect candidate will be someone who takes pride in their workmanship, is highly organised, able to problem solve independently and has the ability to work well as a team.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license
- Hold a current Construction Induction Card
- Health & Safety responsibilities
- Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices
- Honest and trustworthy and can problem solve independently
- Experience with residential heating and cooling installations
- Quality Assurance in a positive efficient and productive manner and strive for excellent workmanship.
- Strong communication skills
- Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
