JOB TITLE: PRODUCT APPLICATION & PROCESSING SPECIALIST
REPORTS TO: MANAGERS
LIAISE WITH: ALL STAFF, CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS and SUB-CONTRACTORS
OTHER AUTHORISED DUTIES:
· Complete all relevant to site access procedures
· Undertake any training required to complete tasks
· Quality Accreditation – Help with maintaining and following procedures, policies, documents and records to ensure compliance of QUALITY ISO 9001:2015, ENVIRONMENTAL ISO14001:2015 and HEALTH & SAFETY ISO 45001:2018
· Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and collected (JHA, SWI, Take 5, POD and Trip Sheets)
· Loading and unloading of products
· Ensuring product is applied as per specific specifications
· Organising logistics for products arrival to site
· Operating equipment and machinery according to company instructions and standard defined procedures
· Ensured safe and efficient operations of a variety of tasks that are involved in with loading, transport and application
· Assisting Managers delegating tasks and communicate all tasks to staff
· Communicate suspected problems or changes
· Performed work duties in difficult conditions having exposure to dust, loud noise and extreme temperatures (+40 degrees)
· Quality control
· Assist in cleaning and maintenance of equipment
· Perform routine equipment setup and modification
