The Yanchep Inn is currently hiring an experienced Duty Manager to join its great team.
As Duty Manager you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the business & responsible for the venue in the Venue Manager's absence. In addition you will be entrusted, as part of our team of managers, with the running of functions & weddings & general oversight of our accommodation.
We are a busy venue, regularly seating 300+ for lunch & dinner in our restaurant & Bar, having consistently high occupancy in our accommodation and hosting 70-90 weddings a year in the Inn and Cave Venue.
This is a hands-on position and requires experience in dealing with people, managing teams & delivering quality service. This role would also be suitable for someone with experience managing functions & weddings who would like to learn pubs.
Our Duty Managers work a standard hospitality roster with each Manager working a mix of morning & evening shifts, having 2 days off together each week and rotating through having weekend days off as their RDO's.
To be successful you will need experience, a current unrestricted Managers card, RSA, Police clearance etc.
