Oyster Bar Elizabeth Quay is situated overlooking the beautiful Swan River in Perth's Elizabeth Quay with a level one dining area and second level rooftop bar.
We are looking to add to our management team and seeking to hire a professional Duty Manager/Approved Manager who has a positive work ethic and can work to lead a great team of staff along with our experienced management team.
As well we are seeking an experienced manager with strong beer, wine, cocktail knowledge, able to work nights and weekends and have a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Applicants must be dedicated to delivering our customers a high level of service whilst working in a busy fast paced multi-level venue.
We are seeking an enthusiastic manager who is willing to take on the Oyster Bar's operation protocol, taking on our company morals, represent our brand with professionalism and pride and take exceptional care of our customers.

Depending on applicants' aspirations we have the flexibility for casual hours or a full-time role and happy to discuss individually with applicants.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for and work alongside our management team to:
· Coordinate the responsibilities of the kitchen and beverage staff ensuring that duties are appropriately allocated.
· Ensure that the restaurant, kitchen & beverage area(s) of the bar are clean and maintained to a high standard, including the storeroom and stock areas.
· Ensure stock is presented well and rotated properly, minimizing and monitoring waste in all areas.
· Monitor customer service standards across the venue
· Conduct beverage ordering and purchases, negotiate pricing and liaise with suppliers
· Coordinate any group bookings and execute functions for the bar (when required)
· Ensure staff are appropriately trained in monitoring the intoxication levels of all patrons to ensure that alcohol is not served to an intoxicated person.
· Undertake appropriate induction and training of new staff as per guidelines.
· Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to effectively manage a team in a positive manner
. Work closely with the operations and functions team
· Maintaining wage percentages to the desired levels throughout your management shift
· Ensure staff feedback is given to improve service and follow up any issues with the operations team.
· Ensure appropriate cash handling procedures are being followed across the venue.

. Weekends and Nights availability are essential to both positions, we are seeking hospitality professionals to work at peak times to ensure customer service is standards are high
