About the venue
Goldilocks Rooftop Bar is an certified Melbourne icon. A hidden 80 seater cocktail bar with spectacular rooftop views and an amazing team of pro's who love their spirits and live to serve. We have a focus on an ever-evolving cocktail list that always plays close to the fairy tale theme and is designed to excite and delight. A spirit of continuous growth and re-invention is what has kept people coming back time and time again for over a decade.
Directly below our beautiful light-filled rooftop is our seductive den of sin House of Correction. With an intoxicating candle-lit ambience, HoC offers a warm and intimate setting in which to settle in and work your way through a truly unique cocktail list.
About you
Tiffy Group is on the hunt for an experienced hospitality professional to fill the role of Duty Manager between both Goldilocks and House of Correction. You will be a team player who is excited and invested in the growth of these Melbourne staples, willing to put your stamp on things and take ownership over your role.
The position will suit a candidate with excellent leadership skills and the proven ability to positively impact a team and provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing a multifaceted venue who can problem-solve and thrive in a busy environment. Cocktail creation skills are sort after but not a requirement.

- A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both our customers and staff
- Experience in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organisation skills; can give and take feedback willingly and openly
- Excellent food, beverage, cocktail, and service knowledge
- Ability to set and maintain standards and lead by example
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
