As a Duty Manager you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Bathers beach house is a multi level venue with limitless opportunities. Our supportive long term management team will be right there to help train and develop your skills within the Hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Venue Setup and Close
- Cash handling and management
- Customer relations
- Stocktake and control
- Staff management and training
- Run shifts whilst managing a team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months hospitality experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
- Approved manager card.
