This is a full-time role that reports to the General Manager, responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the club.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate and deliver:
- Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 12 months experience
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates or ability to acquire
- Previous experience in a clubs or pubs advantageous
- Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
- Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
- The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
- Reliable and excellent personal presentation
- Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role. All whilst leading the team to success through a hands on approach teaching new skills and expectations to the staff, to help build a strong hospitality team with a focus on delivering exceptional service towards our customers is a MUST.
