Lemon Grove Hotel is currently seeking an experienced Duty Mangers, Bar Staff and Gaming Attendants to join its team on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. High importance will be placed on people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will enjoy a dynamic role where you will be given varied tasks.
As a Duty Manager you will:
- be eager and a natural people person
- show exceptional communication skills
- be experienced in managing F&B teams
- have strong knowledge of F&B service
- have an eye for detail, maintaining and improving operational standards as well as customer service
As Bar/Gaming Staff you will:
- Prepare beverages for bar and bistro patrons
- Deliver a superior service to maximize customer satisfaction and experience
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working area and clean up after patrons
- Carry out general duties as directed by management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Gaming & Liquor Licensing Laws

- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (suppliers, customers, employees and management),

- Ability to complete tasks effectively and efficiently and accept a certain level of responsibility and accountability,
- Knowledge of Liquor and Gaming compliance.
- Current/valid RSA and RCG,
Experience in a related field is preferrable
