What you will need
- Excellent communication skills
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG) (module 1-minimun)
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee License (VGCCC issued)
- Experience in gaming reconciliation (programs' System One & TRAK TITO)
- Demonstrated experience in cash handling
- Reliable and efficient.
- Well presented
- Excellent in English language & Writing
- Flexible with working hours
What will my responsibilities be?
- Staff management including; assisting in rostering, training, performance management
- Gaming Clearances, Daily & Weekly Reconciliations.
- Ensure the venue is compliant with all external bodies
- Ensure high standard of customer service is set in the venue and all employees trained in accordance
- Stock Control and Management (H&L)
