Our teams are passionate about the work they do and strive to continuously raise the bar!With over 20 stores operating 24 hours a day and all other stores open during extended trading hours, Kmart is now easily accessible for our customers whenever they choose to shop. To ensure we provide a continued service during these extended trading hours, we have a Duty Manager overseeing the operations of the store.Rosters, (DM 1) Wednesday - Sunday 30hrs & (DM 2) Monday & Tuesday 10hrs approxWhat you'll be doingAs a Duty Manager in a Kmart store you will:

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• A solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role

• Values that reflect a high level of commitment to 'safety', always thinking 'customer' and a belief in constantly motivating your team to 'reach higher' every day
• The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders
