Key Requirements:
We're looking for a dedicated team player with a strong background in hospitality, specifically in Club or Pub management. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Team leadership
- Food and beverage management
- Poker machines
- TAB and Keno operations
- Functions coordination
- Cellar duties
- Promotions and entertainment planning
Responsibilities:
As a Duty Manager at Singleton Diggers Group, you will:
- Manage day to day operations of the venue
- Deliver and oversee customer service delivery
- Demonstrate sound computer literacy
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence
- Possess a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certification
- Be willing to undergo criminal and medical checks
