About the Role

The Medical Workforce Coordinator will be a valued member of the Medical Workforce Team and will be required to

The Divisional Medical Workforce Coordinators are responsible for the recruitment, management, rostering and support of the divisional medical staff engaged by AWH.

The Divisional Medical Workforce Coordinators, supporting the Divisional Medical and Clinical Directors in a broad range of Divisional Medical Workforce management tasks. Each Coordinator is allocated a specific Divisional portfolio.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  1. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business or working towards same, or previous experience in a similar position.
  2. Experience in administration, human resource management and/or industrial relations procedures particularly in a healthcare setting.
  3. Experience in financial and cost control management, especially as it relates to rostering practices for clinical staff.
  4. Experience in liaising with government departments, healthcare service providers and professional organisations.
  5. High level of Emotional Intelligence, Relatable & Engaging nature, with an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
