We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Duty Manager. We are offering some flexibility with our Duty Manager role and would encourage applications for casual, part time and full-time roles.
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar environment in a Management or Supervisory position
- Superior liquor, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Current Liquor Licensing Approved Manager Certificate
- Experience with POS, preferably Bepoz
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to prioritise and think on your feet
- Capability to engage with customers and provide extraordinary customer service
- Committed to teamwork, providing direction and leadership
