The main purpose of the role is to provide expert support and drive innovative solutions in the digital sector. This involves offering functional, technical, and application support to stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions that address business requirements, and maintaining complex application configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Expert Support: Offer functional, technical, and application support to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships across teams to ensure seamless information sharing.
- Solution Design: Design and document solutions that address business requirements, focusing on expanding system interoperability and enhancing performance for end-users.
- Configuration Management: Build and maintain complex application configurations to align with business and organizational needs, including thorough testing and documentation.
- Incident Resolution: Resolve complex incidents promptly, adhering to service level agreements, and collaborate with support teams and stakeholders for critical incident management.
- Policy Alignment: Undertake activities aligned with policy directives to enhance application functionality, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead: Research emerging trends and technologies in the domain, contributing to the development of learning materials for our digital specialists.
- Relationship Building: Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues to ensure smooth attainment of team, project, and business goals.
- Priority Management: Effectively balance competing demands while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

- Clinical/Digital Health Experience: Demonstrated experience in clinical or digital health solutions within a shared services or clinical environment.

- Deadline Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines with a focus on customer satisfaction.
