Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven 3-5 yrs. experience in developing Dynamic 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful Dynamics 365 integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with Insurance Industry is desirable.
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly learn new technologies and processes.
- Experience across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps).
- Demonstrated experience in both Dynamics and non-Dynamics based solutions, with the ability to apply general development best practices to Dynamics 365 low-code development.
- Experience working with Git and Azure Dev-ops.
- Strong understanding of across all Dynamics modules (Sales, Customer Service) and Best Practices, lifecycle management.
- Understanding of new Dynamics Customer Insights and Journeys Marketing module and Real time marketing.
- Experience in Managed and Unmanaged Solutions best practices.
- Demonstrated experience - a) working with business analysts, business owners to translate the requirements to functional and technical designs, b) building and updating Entity Models for the Dynamics 365 solutions, c) participating in sprint user story grooming and prioritisation discussions, and d) creating and updating technical design documents.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud-based services (e.g. directory service, service bus, web services, DevOps pipelines, etc) and how they can integrate with Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrated experience in both Dynamics and non-Dynamics based solutions, with the ability to apply general development best practices to Dynamics 365 low-code development.
- Experience in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, Data factory and Web API’s.
