Role: As the Dynamics 365 CE Technical lead you will a pivotal role in driving the success of the platform. They have just implemented D365 CE earlier this year so you will be joining from practically ground zero and be influential in establishing a culture of continuous improvement ensuring alignment with platform and organisational strategies. The initial focus will be providing enhancements into their leads, sales, case management as they strive to achieve 360 customer view. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders, shape change initiatives, and contribute a design mindset to evolve technology best practices.
You will be a key member in the extended Customer and Enterprise Platform leadership team and use your technical knowledge to help the team deliver effortless customer experiences.
Your Experience:
- Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power App portals
- Experience in leading implementation of Dynamics Platform and building CRM capabilities in a large organisation are highly regarded
- Proficiency in configuration customization of Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, custom workflows, and Power Automate
- Strong expertise in Microsoft's .NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML, and Web API
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Exposure to hosting applications within the Azure environment and knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of software design for scalability, security, performance, and reliability
- Strong experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods and tooling
- Experience with APIs, microservices and microservice architecture
- Vendor relationship management skills and standard knowledge of integration patterns with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
- Solid knowledge of technology concepts such as client-server, SOA architecture, relational databases, web-based architectures & SDLC processes
- At least 10 years professional experience within Information Technology ideally in the financial services industry,
