Create impact as a Guidewire Technical Lead .

YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for leading and driving a technical community of practice, which includes embracing Agile methodology and supporting frameworks. You will ensure quality outcomes, support documentation, maintain code quality, and foster a team ethos by integrating these philosophies throughout our environments. The role's primary objective is to design, develop, support, maintain, and deliver solutions that enable our business to provide the best possible customer experience.
You will deliver capability and value to IAG through excellent Technical Leadership, ensuring that Agile standards are established and enforced. By bringing thought leadership in your field of expertise, you will support the planning and execution of Technology's strategic priorities, contemporary operating model, and business plan. You will continue to develop and plan for future growth, enabling enterprise programs and managing products and services across the entire IAG estate. You will identify industry tools that are fit for purpose, champion their adoption, and provide technical guidance and recommendations to the team and business. Your role ensures that results are of the highest calibre, with clearly articulated scope and quantified business benefits, by directing complex change involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.
This is a permanent position and can be based in Australia.
ABOUT YOU
• Your wealth of experience working in intricate technology settings, where you've honed your skills and knowledge.
• Experience with or exposure to the one of more of the Products in the Guidewire suite is preferred
• Your impressive track record in developing cutting-edge digital and enterprise applications speaks for itself.
• You excel in continuous delivery environments and have hands-on experience with automation.
• Your working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices ensures you can navigate and lead in dynamic settings
• You have a proven history of driving quality and continuous improvement within technology organizations.
• Your extensive experience in systems integration and managing diverse environments sets you apart.
• You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are always ready to contribute to your team's success.
