What’s the opportunity?
The Dynamics Customer Insights and Journeys Specialist helps use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing to create and improve ways to engage with customers. This role includes analyzing customer data, managing customer journeys, and making personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience and grow the business. The specialist works with different teams to make sure Customer Insights align with business goals.

What will you do?

Customer Insights Analysis:

  • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to collect and analyze customer data from different sources.
  • Understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
  • Create customer segments and personas to tailor marketing strategies.
Journey Management:
  • Design and implement customer journey maps using Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Automate and manage customer journeys for consistent, personalized engagement.
  • Monitor and improve customer journeys to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Personalize marketing messages based on Customer Insights and journey data.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make decisions to improve results.
Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Work with sales, service, and other marketing teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Develop a strategic plan for Customer Insights and journey management.
Technical Expertise:
  • Ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing modules.
  • Stay updated on the latest features of Dynamics 365.
  • Work with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate reports on key metrics like customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting processes and tools to better measure success.
What have you accomplished?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing and managing customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and/or Marketing.
  • Background in digital marketing and customer experience management.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
