Responsibilities
The Dynamics developer position is within the Digital and Data team will play a critical role in the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and integrations across a growing user base.
- Collaborate with team to design, configure, test, and deploy technical solutions in Dynamics 365 according to business user group requirements.
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 forms, workflows, dashboards, and views.
- Manage, enhance and trouble-shoot existing integrations between Dynamics 365 and thirdparty solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architect to ensure solution design decisions are consistent, conscious of future requirements and minimize impact to existing integrations.
- Write and modify code and execute in development and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Working knowledge of data migration methods.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong documentation, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce documentation in a clear and concise manner.
- Dynamics 365 development certifications.
- Understanding of SCRUM, Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Minimum five years of work experience in a similar role working on Dynamics 365
- Experience gathering technical requirements, solutioning and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of integrated business platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure.
