With a recent transfer they are now looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of their technical team within the region.
THE ROLE
This role will see you head up a dedicated team of 5 to ensure objectives are met in a niche area of our business that encompasses RFID, Networked, Wireless and Cloud Based Solutions. You will manage the whole function of response and resolution for aspects of technical support as well as ensuring our projects are delivered promptly and within budget constraints. You will also be encouraged to look at the development of the department with identification of new service revenue opportunities and by removing any inefficiencies you discover. You will be given complete freedom to pursue improvements and refinement to our processes as well.
ABOUT YOU
You must be able to show that you have sound knowledge of computing and servers, Cloud Servicing, Networking, Wireless Systems, Data and Cabling, MS SQL Server and other relevant software applications to be considered for this role. Further to this you must have sound team/people leadership skills and a proven track record in technical support management. As you would expect you need to have excellent communication skills and customer service. Lastly you must be able to travel interstate and to NZ as required.
