E-Commerce And Operations Manager

The Role:

We have a great opportunity for an E-Commerce and Operations Managerto join our team based in Sydney.

As E-Commerce and Operations Manager, you will manage our brand websites like Lunette and Mr Beast Feastables, Amazon and market place listings on Kogan, Catch and Woolworths Market Place. You will also look after our trade website for our smaller retail customers. 

This is an exciting role in which you will have autonomy to grow our online presence, sales and profit.  

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing our catalogue which will involve:
  • Adding new products
  • Updating content to an A+ standard
  • Managing profitability of products
• Targeted online advertising
• Trade marketing - running promotional campaigns like Black Friday which help maximize both sales and profitability
• Running and analysing reports to identify trends in sales, profitability and the impact of promotional campaigns
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online shopping, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Vetting and adding new customers to our trade website

About You:

The perfect candidate for the role will have a positive, team-oriented attitude with an analytical and process driven mind with a proven track record in back-end website management. 

You will be available to work from Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm on site, based in Eastern Creek. 

Other attributes that would make you perfect for the role are:

• Demonstrated success in an eCommerce Manager or Operations role
• Sound experience across all relevant technology platforms ranging from eCommerce platforms and content management systems like Shopify to ERPs, integrations with ERPs, CRM platforms and Email Marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with excel  
• A methodical and structured approach to work with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task. 
• Critical thinking skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proven ability to take ownership, and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience in digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Social and Affiliate marketing will be looked favorably on but is not necessary.
