The Role:
This role is all about growth!
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to optimize and grow our online sales and brand awareness. This role focuses on driving growth through our e-commerce store and EDM channels, while supporting the social media team with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Optimization: Increase conversion rates on our Shopify site.
- EDM Flow Development: Build and manage email marketing flows.
- Social Media Marketing: Support paid and organic campaigns with data-led insights.
- Landing Page Improvement: Enhance landing pages for better engagement and conversion.
- Messaging Testing: Develop and test messaging strategies.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various site elements.
- SEO Optimization: Improve our organic SEO on-site and on Google.
- Data Analysis: Present weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Social Content Briefing: Collaborate with the social content manager to create engaging content and grow our follower base.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in building sales funnels.
- Experience with startups or early-stage consumer brands.
- Ability to create growth marketing assets aligned with our brand tone.
- Passionate about sustainability and our mission.
- Excited to work in a small, dynamic team.
- Motivated by creating digital assets that support growth with measurable insights.
- Preferably a Shoalhaven or Sydney local for regular office visits.
- Capable of managing multiple channels and maintaining a high volume of content testing.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, especially with Shopify.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and digital marketing.
- Experience with EDM platforms and building sales funnels.
- Proficiency in analytics tools for data interpretation.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating EDM images, e-commerce graphics, and ad sets.
- Copywriting skills for ad sets, EDMs, and landing pages, balancing digital performance and engaging content.
