Addresse-Merchandising Manager - 6-7 Month Contract
- ASAP start, Contract position paid hourly
- Located in Melbourne's inner suburbs with flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week

About the role
- Manage online activities on the brand website and support with retailer website assets
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to plan and implement ongoing campaigns and website updates
- Support the eCommerce and Digital Managers to optimise website usability and functionality on all sites
- Experience working with Sitecore CMS and the ability to enable features and components to build pages and enhance the UX of the site
- Lead agencies to implement ongoing changes in a timely and cost efficient way
- Provide creative briefs to agencies and manage the agency execution, direction and feedback on the deliverables
- Provide analytic reports of site performance to management
- Understand and leverage site traffic drivers including Social Media & CRM
- Interpret web analytics and translate customer insights into successful ongoing site optimisation and customer marketing
- HTML development experience a real advantage
About you
- You will have similar experience in a similar role, managing and executing online merchandising strategies for multiple brands
- You will ideally have worked within an FMCG/beauty industry
- You will have experience and working knowledge of ecommerce CMS (we work with Sitecore)
- You will have experience in working with website builders to build our landing pages, improve UX on websites and make content updates
- You will ideally have experience managing agencies to deliver creative assets
- You will ideally have experience with the Adobe Suite, Photoshop or similar and resizing images and banners
- You are highly organized, with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment
- You are a creative thinker with a track record in providing solutions to business problems and an attention to detail
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
