The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Principal with over a decade of experience. As the "go-to" person, this position will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills regularly. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Diary, e-mail, itinerary, and appointment management for the CEO
- Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
- Communication with solicitors during the sales process
- Liaising with the marketing team
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material, and agent branding
- Book and prepare appraisals, proposals, and presentations
- Drafting and managing internal and external communication
- Manage the exchanges and settlements process
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
The Candidate:
As the successful applicant, you must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience as well as tertiary education is highly advantageous. Our ideal candidate will also attribute:
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative teamwork
- Strong customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Confidence and maturity
