Broad objective
The EAL/D Teacher helps maintain the school as a community of learning and innovation where every girl is known and valued, students engage in enriching learning experiences that challenge and empower them to pursue and attain their personal best. Working as a member of the Inclusive Learning Department this role supports students with English as an additional language to develop their literacy and English language skills and to access learning and embrace academic challenge in a culture of care, inclusion and support.

Qualifications, skills and experience
- Have relevant qualifications in Primary or secondary and have completed approved TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) studies or have prior experience in Teaching English as an additional language.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (with staff, parents and students) with strong attention to detail and literacy
- Ability to work in a team as well as being self-motivated and work autonomously
- Excellent technology skills including MS Office
- Excellent administration skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College
