With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour's drive from the CBD, Melbourne's North is fast becoming the place to be!The Role:An opportunity exists for an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Surgeon to join the team at Northern Health.The Thoracic will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members including allied health clinicians, nursing and medical staff to deliver high quality ENT services as well as driving related research and innovation. The role is based at various Northern Health campuses, staff may be required to travel and work across the various Northern Health campuses, programs, and partner organisations.To be successful in this role you will have:
- Medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Undergraduate medical qualification as a first degree is essential - MBBS, MD, PhD or equivalent
- Appropriate specialty qualifications such as Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS ) or equivalent is essential
- Eligible for registration for Medicare provider number
- Current National Police and Working with Children History Check
