Overview:
Firbank Grammar School is seeking a passionate ELC Co-educator to work in the Early Learning Centre at our Turner House, Brighton, Junior Campus. We are looking for a team member who shares our passion for providing the best possible care and high-quality learning support for children aged between 3-4 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role within the ELC will be to assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups. You will work well in a collaborative environment and be able to communicate effectively with children, providing a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Other duties and tasks may include:
- Assist with the provision of learning equipment and materials
- Help in the day-to-day running of the program
- Arrange suitable displays and documentation of children's work
- Help in supervising children at all times
- identify and address child safety risks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma of Children's Services
- Current WWCC
- First Aid Certificate
- Be an exceptional team player
- Great communicator, with exceptional listening skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
