YOUR NEW ROLE
You will support the centre and encourage learning by:
-Assisting with the planning and implementing of a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
-Documenting children's progress & individual children's portfolios
-Working alongside experienced staff within the Centre
-Strong communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
-Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
-Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Skills & Experience:
-ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
-Current First Aid Certificate
-Current WWCC
-Previous experience and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
-A willingness to further your professional knowledge
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-A deep interest in the wellbeing of young children and their families
