Montessori Stepping Stones currently has both full-time and part-time positions available, with leadership roles available as well. We have positions suitable for trainees, qualified educators, Mum’s, Dad’s, brothers, sisters, cousins, friends and EVEN Fremantle Dockers supporters!!
But seriously, we do want you to come and join our amazing, vibrant team here. We don’t have set contracts or positions that you need to conform to, we pride ourselves on being able to discuss and tailor positions across our services to suit your work/life/family balance – we are a family-owned and run service, very much family-orientated, and dedicated to bringing that family feeling to our staff & families of our services (how many times can you fit the word “family” into a sentence!).
Every position comes with the opportunity to earn a qualification while working with us, so you don't even need any qualifications or experience to apply! On-the-job training will be provided, and further career enhancing training and qualification opportunities will be provided to everyone, even the most experienced of educators.
