- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for Early Childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, or equivalent
