Earlyhood Recruitment are representing this fantastic Long Day Care and Preschool in Randwick seeking an experienced Educator or Teacher to join their centre.

This is a holistic centre whereby Educators, Teachers and Management alike work together across the rooms, removing the hierarchy, to deliver the best education and care to the children. 

The centre caters to children aged from 0-5, and has many unique learning programs for the children - they are seeking strong educators to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice.
• Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning.
• Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development.
• Committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), keeping up to date with current research, trends, and practices in Early Childhood education, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications and Experience

• A COMPLETED Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
• A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for Early Childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
• At least 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, or equivalent 
• Right to Work in Australia
