As an Educator, you'll be the superhero assisting in delivering top-notch care and education at our Kirwan Centre, on a casual basis.

About You
You're a passionate soul who believes in creating quality learning experiences for children. You thrive in a community-driven environment, celebrating each child's uniqueness 🌟
You're someone who can:
- Support and assist in implementing a well-planned program, ensuring individual and group needs are met. 🧙♂️✅
- Capture the magic by documenting observations, assessing learning behaviour, and creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning havens. 📝🏞️
- Guide children with care, empathy, and respect, fostering positive interactions. ❤️🤝
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
- Early Childhood Certificate III or equivalent qualification (approved by ACECQA). 🎓🌟
- Know the ins and outs of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards. 📘🌐
- Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card). 🔵💳
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification. 🚑💉

About Us
We're a cozy, community-based family with a fun atmosphere. Proud to have long-term caring and experienced educators, we offer:
- Small size centre with a capacity of 44 children a day.
- Three separate rooms catering to different age groups.
- Beautiful, large, natural outdoor play space.
