Task & Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

• Reliability and punctuality
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and open-minded
• Soft, caring, and nurturing yet confident nature
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to implement innovative and unique programming and practice for the team
• Experience in Early Childhood (desirable) paired with a passion for working with children (essential)
• Committed to building positive relationships and meaningful connections with Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community.

Qualification & Experience

Essential Criteria:

• An ACECQA nationally approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain/ refresh as required)
• Available for full-time work, 5 days per week, between 7am and 6pm when the service is open
• Child Protection trained (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
• Valid Blue Card.
