Tasks and Responsibilities
- Developing strong relationships with children, families and educators at the centre.
- Implementing policies and associated procedures of the organisation.
- Collaborating with coworkers to oversee the day to day duties and care of children.
- Actively support every child to participate in the program and ensure it promotes children’s agency, choices and influence.
- Model and support coworkers to utilise a variety of teaching strategies including reflective practice in daily work.
The Successful Applicant will have:
- A Diploma in Children's Services
- A Working with Children Check
- A current First Aid Certificate
