Duties& responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing care for children
- Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Assist children with personal hygiene routines
Requirements & experience:
- Working towards or Hold Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate in an Education & Care Setting
- Current Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
- Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other educators
- Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
