As an ECT, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans in line with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your role will involve fostering a positive and nurturing environment for children's learning and development, while collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for our little ones.
- You will work closely with a dedicated, highly experienced, diploma-qualified assistant who brings 10 years of expertise. Additionally, ongoing support will be provided by our management team.
- You will oversee a group of 22 children daily, with a total of 35 enrolled in the Kindy room, spanning ages 3.5 to 6 years.
- This role is available due to the current ECT going on maternity leave. There is a potential for further ongoing employment.
