What you’ll be doing:
As the early morning sun shines across the nature escape, you’ll smile. When the door opens, you’ll smell our piazza home cooked meals while greeting your little ones. You’ll then work with a close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll promote ‘YMCA’s Approach to Learning’, assist with high quality programs, uphold compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (smiling again) knowing the children are thriving in body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll be great in this role if you…

• Are passionate about early years education and care
• Have previous experience in early years education / childcare services
• Have good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Are able to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
