Early Childhood Educators

              Our service is committed to the quality care of children 

                                aged 8 weeks through to school age.

To start Monday 29th April 2024 or sooner (All positions)

1 x Full Time Certificate III (8 hours per day x 5 days per week) or

1 X Full Time-Studying Certificate III (8 hours per day x 5 days per week). Wages from $13.03-$22.44.

1 x Support worker (Certificate III) - 4 days (Hours 9am to 3pm)-Preschool Room-3-5 years

1 x Support worker (Certificate III) - 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm)- 2-3 years

TIL is provided for all Staff Meetings & Staff Development (out of hours)

Paid 45 minutes lunch break. 

Above award rates in Early Childhood wages (another wage increase in July 2024).

Other incentives for educators throughout the year

All Professional Development cost is covered by the service. 

Programming time is provided throughout your working hours.

Above award entitlements such as Personal leave, includes RDO's.

Mandatory Qualification/Requirements (willing to obtain)

Must be over 18 years old.

ACECQA approved Certificate III in Early Childhood.

Current First aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis-Certificate III only.

CPR-within 12 months-Certificate III only

Current Working with Children Check

Police check (within 6 months)

Current Child Protection Course-CHCPRT025-Certificate III only

Create a stimulating & positive Indoor and Outdoor environment.

Maintain & keep up to date with children's development & maintain portfolios.

Communicate positively and openly with children, staff and families.

Commitment to excellence and dedication in the Early Childhood field

Excellent written and verbal communications among Director, staff, families and children

Excellent computer skills

Experience & knowledge in EYLF & NQF
