- Vision to collaborate as part of a team to lead an innovative centre within a 21st century learning space with a focus on STEM and natural play based learning ethos
- Lead and manage educational programs with a passion for Early Childhood education and care
- Foster a strong sense of belonging through meaningful relationships with families, children, staff and the community
- Work collaboratively as part of the team as an educator directly educating and caring for children

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATES:
- ECT or Diploma or Cert III
- Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certificate
- Cleared Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
