Early Childhood Lead Educators\ Educators

We are seeking a passionate Diploma and Certificate III Educators, who are looking to join our new amazing team at Small Steps Academy 

The Role:

• Creating a safe, fun, warm and welcoming environment.
• Supporting and implementing a quality educational curriculum.
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable.
• Have a love and passion for working with Children 0-6 years.
• Studying or holds the relevant qualification for position applying for.
• Assistance with documenting inline with EYLF, NQF and NQS.
• Communicate with families and parents.
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families
• Computer literacy as we provide electronic programming & portfolios.
• Successful applicant must be able to Pass a National Police Check and hold a current Queensland Blue Card .

• First Aid Qualifications,Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training, if successful.
