The Opportunity:
- Evaluate each child's needs and track their progress to ensure personalised and effective learning experiences.
- Provide supervision and support to other educators in the room to maintain a cohesive and efficient teaching environment.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members to create a collaborative and supportive workplace.
- Sustain effective and ongoing communication with parents to keep them informed and involved in their child's development.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to at all times, maintaining a safe environment for children and staff.
- Maintain and manage the resources for your room to ensure they are used effectively and are in good condition.
About You:
- Studying towards or holding a Bachelor of Early Childhood
- Current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Demonstrated ability to assess the needs of each child and monitor their progress.
