Position:Room Leader
Status: Full-time Fixed term from 9/1/2024 until 31/5/2024
Salary: $79,221.78 (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus superannuation
Qualification: Diploma in ECEC/ACECQA approved equivalent or working towards diploma
Location: One Tree Wadeye Children and Family Centre, Wadeye NT
  
Located in the small coastal community of Wadeye 420kms from Darwin, the Wadeye Children and Family Centre is the place to be for dedicated and passionate educators.

About you

• Be eligible to work in Australia
• Have a valid working with children check
• Be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
• Be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
• Have a strong understanding of the Children’s Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Have passion and enthusiasm 
• Work as a part of a team, supporting and contributing to One Tree as a community, in line with One Tree’s Philosophy and Code of Ethics
