The Centre

Located on Tope Street, Guardian South Melbourne is an 84-place centre. The light-filled and open-plan environment has a range of indoor and outdoor spaces – including a rooftop garden, central atrium, water play areas, a vegetable garden and natural climbing structures. Located close to public transport, the passionate team of Educators are proud to be culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays. The community-minded team also hosts family breakfast each morning in our dedicated piazza.

To be considered, you will have:

• Tertiary Qualifications (Bachelor's Degree) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (VIT for VIC)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous ECT experience (desirable)
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent.
