Key Responsibilities :
Implement and maintain a high-quality program in accordance with National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law, Regulations, and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
Create a warm, inclusive environment, fostering positive partnerships with families.
Support the participation of all children, including those with additional needs.
Work in partnership with families, encouraging their involvement in the kindergarten community.
Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Assist in centre administration requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
Monitor and evaluate the kindergarten environment for safety and well-being.
Support individual progress and development, providing information and support to parents.
About you:
For Educators: Diploma in Children's Services or minimum Certificate 3 with relevant experience.
For Teachers: Completion of a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood), Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), or other relevant approved ACECQA qualification, and have a current Victorian Teachers Card (VIT)
Knowledge of legislative requirements, developmental frameworks, and NQF.
Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality early years educational programs.
Working with Children Check and current ACECQA approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
Current Driver's License (desirable).
Have working rights in Australia
Must be willing and able to complete a National Police Clearance
