Paid Blue card The Role The role requires a creative and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to work as an active team member in providing high-quality education and care. This is an excellent opportunity for Early Childhood professionals who are passionate about Early Childhood education to be involved with a supportive professional team and with like-minded educators who believe in children, the importance of Early Childhood, and the value it adds to children's lives. The successful candidates will have: Hold a Bachelor of Education or are currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). They should show a clear understanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework) and QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines). Have previous experience in a similar role working with similar age groups. Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Work in compliance with the OH&S Policy, ensure a safe environment is maintained for staff and children, with particular attention to children with anaphylaxis, allergies, asthma etc. Liaise with families regarding day-to-day happenings. Maintain observations and records of individual children's progress, particularly those identified through staff observation.
