Pay: $40.49-$ $56.99 Per hour + super with yearly increases
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive.
Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.

- Exceeding centre, 91 place, located in the heart of the Pakenham community precinct with access to shops, schools, the lake and local parks
- Our centre features a library with books for children to borrow, centre pets and community vegetable garden
- Our qualified educators are dedicated to delivering a high quality and developmentally appropriate, fun-filled learning program
- ECT role available in 4 y/o kinder, up to 33 place, with 2 permanent educators to support

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Hold active registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
