As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Carlisle
Goodstart Early Learning Carlisle is located on the corner of Archer Street and Rutland Avenue, within walking distance of the Carlisle train station.Our service offers education and care to children aged from six weeks to six years. Families and educators at our centre come from a variety of different cultures, and we celebrate and embrace this diversity. We celebrate events such as Christmas, Easter, and a wide range of cultural events from around the world, and invite families to attend and enjoy these events with us. Our centre has an open door policy and we encourage family participation.

You’ll need
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current WA Working with Children Check
