This role will see you leading our long day care centre and working collaboratively with fellow Educators to deliver a play-based learning program. You will be supported by the Lead Early Childhood Teacher, the experienced Management Team and the Approved Provider. You will be given every opportunity to learn and grow, facilitating the most professional, caring and positive experience for all children, families and peers.

About the role
You will hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) or Working Towards your degree or equivalent with experience in the Early Childhood Sector. Your passion for Early Childhood education will be matched by your reflective nature, analytical skills, sense of curiosity and fun. We place great importance on the role of our Early Childhood Teachers and you will be a key driver in establishing constructive and robust relationships with our lovely families, your peers and the wider community.

As the ideal candidate, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and MTOP and NQS and have experience within the Early Childhood Sector. You will also be confident when communicating with all levels of management.
The ideal candidate for this position will hold:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) or a Recognised ACECQA Early Childhood Teacher qualification, or Working Towards
- Working with Children Check
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
