Our Centre anzuk is currently working with a boutique service located in the beautiful bay side suburbs, that is highly regarded, well-resourced early learning centre that is family and community oriented. This service is a beautiful purpose built service and are looking for a graduate ECT to come and join the family! The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for an ECT to join a warm and supportive team !As the ECT, you will be responsible for the running of the integrated 3-4 year old kinder program and the care of up to 20 children in the room. You will be supported by educators and management to provide the best program possible for the children. This is further reflected by the generous planning time provided by the service. The CandidateTo apply for this role, you will have have experience working as an Early Childhood educator in the kinder space, or in a similar role and must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent, as well as your Provisional VIT.In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
